<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
An error has occurred on one plate of two, and it is un-safe to image the second plate.
Most likely the firmware detected multiple plates while starting to image the first plate.
It could be un-safe to spin the drum and image the second plate, so the second plate is
cancelled and both plates are unloaded.

<OperatorAction>
<DescriptionText><text>
This message should only ever appear as a warning message. It means that the second
plate of two loaded onto the drum is being cancelled because of an error on the other
plate. Both plates will be unloaded immediately. A typical cause of such an error
would be if the device detects two plates on one side. It would be un-safe to spin
the drum and image the second plate, so the second plate is cancelled and both plates
are unloaded.
